Situated in Brussels, lesmecs is a production house that initially focused on advertising but is progressively venturing into fiction. I had the privilege of interning at lesmecs, spanning from late January to early April. Officially holding the position of an assistant producer, my role encompassed much more than that, involving active participation in nearly all aspects of audiovisual production. From crafting call sheets and contributing to the creative process to attending client meetings and providing on-set assistance, my tasks were diverse and multifaceted. This enriching internship provided invaluable knowledge, allowing me to forge connections with fascinating individuals along the way.
During my time at lesmecs, I had the privilege of engaging in collaborative efforts across multiple productions. Some notable projects I contributed to include: "Gezonde Binnenlucht" for Radio 2 & Vlaamse Overheid, "Quirkiness of Brussels" for Visit Brussels & Air, "Bloedbruiloft" for Internationaal Theater Amsterdam, "Seg! Bedankt" for VSV and "Believe" for Jupiler.
